Having been involved with Dress for Success since November 2015 and currently undergoing PWG since January 2016, she recently spoke at our Donor Appreciation Party to show her incessant support for the programs that continue to support her.

Trude Huebner

Trude Huebner is one of our most involved former clients. She came to us after being laid off, and returned several years later after surviving breast cancer. She has experienced many of our programmes—dressing services, career centre workshops, and the Professional Women’s Group (PWG), through which she coordinated a Community Action Project (CAP) in 2011. Meet Tarana Sultan

Professional Women’s Group (PWG) client Tarana Sultan won a scholarship to attend our Success Summit in Alexandria, Virginia in 2014 to learn about creating a Community Action Project (CAP) that would give back to her community. Tarana decided to give back to the Somali Youth Association of BC (SYABC), established to help settle new comers, refugees and immigrants to Canada.
